Through my CoMBo experiences this semester I have gained an increase in self-awareness and improved my mind body connection and I have been able to advance towards optimal performance and have greatly increased my core powerhouse which has aided me in every aspect of life from dance to relaxing watching TV, being aware and able to use my core muscles correctly has made me physically stronger and has prevented injury. ...                                                                                                                                              M.R



... This technique involves a little bit of Pilates, yoga, Alexander Technique, and some other breathing techniques. CoMBo also integrates the central nervous system. After doing a couple classes of CoMBo I felt really light and good mentally and physically.  ... CoMBo works with the mind and body together to help develop a better sense of well-being and awareness. One main aspect of CoMBo is the use of the breath. Throughout the class, the breath constantly remains as a way to give each cell an oxygen source. This helps give more energy and stability when moving. CoMBo has been a very eye-opening experience for me personally. I have gained a tremendous amount of strength and control by practicing combo and can confidently say I will continue practicing it for as long as I can.
